Helsinki Times Gambling Team is seeking a creative and data-savvy Social Media Manager to grow and engage our audience across platforms. You’ll be the digital voice of one of Europe’s most trusted gambling publications, amplifying stories, launching campaigns, and turning readers into fans.
💼 What You’ll Be Doing
- Owning and executing our social media strategy across X, LinkedIn, Instagram & more
- Writing sharp, platform-appropriate copy with strong visual direction
- Monitoring trends and industry news to create timely, relevant posts
- Collaborating with writers and designers to promote new content
- Building engagement with polls, comment threads, and interactive formats
- Tracking KPIs, reporting performance, and refining what works
- Managing posting schedules and growing follower bases organically
- Supporting content launches, giveaways, and campaign activations
✅ What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years in social media, digital marketing, or community building
- Proven experience managing branded accounts (media, gaming, or iGaming a plus)
- Firm grasp of content trends, platform features, and tone adaptation
- Comfortable using scheduling and analytics tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, etc.)
- Bonus points for visual flair (basic Canva, video clips, memes, etc.)
- Solid knowledge of online gambling culture, trends, and lingo
